不知道大家聽到「國際志工」，第一個想法是什麼呢？
或許是一個含有志工行程的出國套裝旅遊行程？去落後國家蓋學校？還是你其實也是一無所知呢？
What’s your first opinion to “global volunteers”?
Maybe a set of tourism travel within a volunteer experience in foreign country?
To build a school for third world countries?
Or actually you have not known in it?
對於國際志工的服務時長，你又認為要多久呢？
兩週？一個月？或是六到八週？
How long you feel a global volunteers’ period should be?
Two weeks? A month? Or it could be long as six to eight weeks?
其實，據我所知，辦理國際志工服務的單位、機構有很多，方式也各有所異。
而接下來，我想，就簡單介紹一下我選擇去的AIESEC，還有AIESEC的志工服務方式吧！

As I known,
There are lots of organizations that hold the activities for global volunteers
And their ways are very different in each,
Now, I would like to make a simple introduce in AIESEC what I chose to join their project
AIESEC，中文全名國際經濟商管學生會，是全球最大的學生組織。
雖然中文名字寫著商管，但可不代表只有讀商業類學系或管理學系的學生才能參加嘿XD
AIESEC is the biggest student-organization in the world,
Though there is include “Economics and Management” in its name,
But actually every student could be their members
AIESEC開放的海外志工(Global Volunteer)是給18-30歲的學生參加，官方稱為海外成長計劃。
AIESEC的國際志工是藉由研習生(=參與計畫的學生本人)向全球各地的分會所開出的專案進行申請，
並會由該分會對申請者進行一連串的審核，
最後若入選，便去到當地和來自全世界不同國家的人一起執行專案，週數在6-8週的一個模式下進行。
AIESEC allow the student who would like to join their projects to send the apply for the branch which hold the project
And the branch will audit the applier step by step to check whether he/she is suitable for their project
If you get the approved,
That means you get the chance to go there for the project!
And it will be in 6 to 8 weeks for a project.
相較於團體旅行，更應該說是背包自由行的概念。
因為在旅途中，從機票、生活費，到保險費用都是自己負擔，
而AIESEC，在台灣這收取的只有8800的行政費用，
到當地分會則會收取另一筆費用，該費用依不同分會及不同專案而定，
舉例來說我將要去的專案屆時就有在專案資訊裡寫說到當地會向我收取80歐的費用，
而在住宿的部分，當地的分會也都會安排好，就不需要自己煩惱了。
Compare to the package tour, AIESEC is more like a self-guided tour,
Just need to pay 80 euros to the branch in CLUJ and TWD 8,800 to AIESEC Taiwan for my situation.
但是！雖然得一個人進行申請等流程，但也並不算是只有自己一人！
怎麼說呢？
因為AIESEC會給每個研習生分配一位”Experience Manager”，
在整個流程中，都可以詢問Manager大大小小的事(像我就覺得我的Manager很可憐一直被我問東問西的XD)，
對方也都會很詳細的解答問題(至少我的是這樣的XD)，
之後到了當地，我的Manager說也會有一位當地的”Experience Buddy”跟著我。
But! Though the volunteer seems to be alone in the period, but not actually alone!
Bcs every volunteer has a “experience manager” to help and solve problems that you meet
And there is a “experience buddy” from cluj to help me in the period as well
那麼去到當地，每週的工作時長是多久呢？
從我自己申請的三個專案來說，它們在官網上給的時間都是每週25小時，
每週一至週五，一天5小時的工時，
但我想也未必每個國家、每個專案都是如此吧！
因為一開始拿到的說明會資料寫的是每週25-40小時，視專案不同而定XD
So that how long the working time is??
The official infos I got said the time is 25-40 hrs/week
And the projects I applied all 25 hrs/week
而AIESEC的專案設計主要都是圍繞在聯合國所制定的17項永續發展目標
(有看過最新一季「奔跑吧」的人應該知道這是什麼吧哈哈哈)，
因為AIESEC跟聯合國也是合作夥伴呢！
And the projects in AIESEC all connect to the 17 SDGs from the UN,
Bcs AIESEC and the UN are the partners to make the world better.
